How we’ll work together

Next, we onboard your event. You share the necessary information, we agree on how to collaborate, and coordinate with your power supplier.

3. Time for the power inventory

We start the inventory process, always in a way that suits the supplier. Sometimes this is through a self-service tool, other times via an API integration, or even a video intake. Naturally, you and the power supplier are kept informed throughout.

4. From calculations to hand-over

We share the results of the inventory or carry out calculations and align the outcomes with you and the power supplier. Naturally, we remain available for any last-minute changes.

5. Completion

After the event, we provide you with a final report, including our calculations and insights, allowing you to identify areas for improvement.
